3. Payment Terms

• Estimates and Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

• Invoices: Invoices will be sent electronically. Payments are due as outlined in the invoice.

• Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to begin work unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Late Payments: Payments not received within 14 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per month.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Content Submission: Clients must provide all required content (e.g., text, images, videos) in a timely manner.

• Feedback and Approvals: Timely feedback and approvals are essential to meeting project deadlines.

• Intellectual Property Rights: The Client must ensure they have the rights to use any content they provide to us.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, ownership of the final design files will transfer to the Client. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Third-Party Tools: Any third-party plugins, tools, or software integrated into the website are subject to their respective licenses and terms of use.

6. Revisions and Change Requests

• Initial Revisions: Projects include a specific number of revisions as outlined in the proposal.

• Additional Changes: Any changes beyond the agreed-upon revisions will incur additional fees at our hourly rate.

7. Cancellation and Termination

• By the Client: If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, the deposit will be forfeited. Additional fees may apply for work completed beyond the deposit amount.

• By Us: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the Client fails to meet their obligations or violates these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantees: While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results, such as increased traffic or sales.

• Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising under this agreement will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for our services.

• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party hosting, tools, or services.

10. Governing Law
